Attention. Note that Vendidi support is dedicated to resolve specific problems related only to the Vendidi functionalities. Vendidi staff will not reply to problems related to the installation and use of operating system and database.

ANNUAL PRIORITY SUPPORT
With an additional charge, Annual Priority Support subscription offers you a direct support, by
e-mail and phone, from Vendidi Developer Team. Vendidi Developer Team responds during standard business hours. Each inquiry normally receives real time acknowledgement. However, for specific and complex submissions, some answers could be replied
within 1 business day. Priority support is provided both via e-mail and via phone (during normal developer support hours, as listed below).
Annual Priority Support subscription is related to the purchased license. For this reason, for instance, if you purchase 5 Developers License, you must purchase Annual Priority Support for 5 Developers License.
Term of Coverage subscription is enabled for 12 (twelve) months, starting from the date of purchase. At the expiration, you can decide to renew the service.
Every time you contact Vendidi Developer Team to get Priority Support, you must
provide the purchase id related to the order of your subscription .
Vendidi Developer Team is available by phone Monday through Friday, except holidays.
- To get Priority Support by phone, you need to call +39 0571 842 590 (10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT+01:00).

Any user is able to to consult, also with no registration, Vendidi knowledge base and forums. Furthermore, to make more easy the installation and the use of Vendidi products, you are able to request email support writing to support@vendidi.com.
